Wrong Location

I'm using Vista home premium and whenever i visit a website or use a service
that requires information about your location, the site automatically lists
me as being in Iraq, when i actually live in africa. Is there anyway to
change my default system location?

Although you do not say I take it you are using Internet Explorer and your
language is English, so I assume you did set the language to that in Control
Panel/Regional and Language Options.

If you have then again you don't indicate if you are always taken to an
Iraqi site when you open the browser. If you are, then you could have a
virus that alters you URL in IE every time.

You appear to be from the uk from here, but

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Location

might be good place to check.
