Can't connect to local intranet :-(

I have a new Vista box that won't connect to my internal intranet, and
I don't know why.

The rest of the network runs perfectly, as always.

I can connect if I manually add the I.P. address in the "hosts" file,
but that's the only way.

Is there something "new" about security or DNS name resolution, etc.,
etc. that I'm not aware of ?

Thanks.

Make sure your workgroup names are the same. Vistas default is different
from the older versions of windows.
