Re: can i upgrade with different language?

Go right ahead. The first thing the installer will ask for is your keyboard
layout and language. Choose korean there. But you will have to reinstall
Windows to do it, unless you have Ultimate edition, which you will have if
you upgrade.

So if you are definately going to upgrade to Ultimate edition, just run
Windows Updates after it is installed and install the language pack. If you
have trouble with that, just come back here and ask.

Re: can i upgrade with different language?

You cannot upgrade and change languages. If you want to upgrade from Basic
to Ultimate, you can - but if you want to change languages from English to
Korean, you must wipe the hard drive and reinstall everything.

Re: can i upgrade with different language?

Not a full transition really, but most from a language pack on Ultimate
edition. I did it with French to help me learn the language. I changed it
back to english so that I could help people, and know exactly what the text
on the screen that they were looking at was.
