Transfering E-mail accounts/settings using EASY TRANSFER

HELP!!!

I've finally got my old computer (WIN XP) and my new comp (VISTA) to
communicate using easy transfer over a network. All i want to transfer are
my email accounts settings and messages - already exported my address book
and imported it fine. But i can't seem to find a way of transfering email
accounts settings and messges without using EASY TRANSFER (what a joke - it
needs a new name!!)

When i get the list of filles folders etc that can be transfered i can't see
any that look like outlook express files. Maybe i'm being a dope.

Easy transfer help says i can do it - but doesn't give any instruction as to
how - have looked at threads but can't seem to find an answer.

Hope someone can help before i loose the will to live!!!

cheers
