Vista - Snipping tool and sticky note

The Snipping Tool and the Stcky Note utilities have disappeared. They are no
longer in the System 32 folder. What happened to them? What caused them to
disappear?

Same here...
I have used the snipping tool for screen capture.
Went to use it and it's gone..
Did this.
Went to Control Panel > Programs and Features, clicked the link Turn
Windows features on or off, and made sure that Tablet PC Optional Components
(which includes the Snipping Tool) is checked?
It won't install. All I get is an error.
What do I need to do now ?

The error I get ...

An error has occurred.
Not all of the features were successfully changed.

Anybody got any suggestions ???

I was experimenting with the tasks and services. I wonder what tasks and/or
services those 2 EXE files depend on?

What services and/or tasks did you "modify" just before the file disappeared?

I had the Tablet PC Input Service disable...but now have it
set Automatic and running.
That didn't help.

Ike:

Look at the START menu for the Tablet PC Tab and list here all of the
shortcuts you see under Tablet PC.
