    Update for Microsoft.NET Framework, Version 1.1 SP 1 (KB929729)

    I recently upgraded my computer to windows vista and i am trying to install
    this update on my computer and it keeps saying that it failed to install and
    it gives me an error code of 643. Was wondering why this is happening and
    would love to get this issue resolved fast.
