IE and addons, and Mozilla?

When I open IE the add ons disabled message comes up every time. Restarting
does not change it. I go and and check the add ons and they are all enabled.
How can I change this?

I noticed when I had Mozilla Firefox un-installed the other day that I did
not have this issue and was able to use IE properly. As soon as I put mozilla
back on this came up again.

I am also having a problem in Mozilla..while browsing a web page the images
and photos that should be there are showing as images from totally unrelated
web pages. These are pages I may have browsed in the last few days. I
uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem.

Thanks in advance for your reply.
