I have an exclamation mark, in my device manager next to ""Teredo Tunneling
Pseudo-Interface". I don't know what this means?

Hope this helps:

Right click the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface > Update Driver
Software... > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a
list of device drivers on my computer >.
