Vista - Cursor repositions on its own

I have tried a new mouse, and even no mouse whatsoever,
and yet the problem still occurs, intermittently, when
typing in Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail.

It could be a virus or worm, etc. Try running anti programs that look for
spyware, virus's, etc.
