Vista - Program blocked from access to internet

HOw can I make sure a particular program is allowed access to the internet?
I am using Express Digital darkroom edition, it needs to connect to upload
pictures, but the program is telling me that I do not have an active
internet connection. Any help would be appreciated. I did not see it as
blocked in windows firewall.

Any ideas? I added it to the exceptions in the firewall list, still no
luck.

Since, as you mentioned in your post we do not support Vista yet, I don't
have much information about configuring it, but I do have some information to
offer that might help you.

When you are viewing your storefront or other websites through the Darkroom
software you are connecting over Port 80 just like a normal Internet Browser
such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

When you are logging into your Internet or Lab account via Photographer Info
section of the Setup Tab the login information is sent over port 2045 which
is an uncommon port. It is likely that there are some security features in
vista that filter your outbound or inbound traffic over this port.
