spell check in Email problem---HELP!

"This language is no longer available for spell checking"

The above is what comes up when I attempt to spell check. I just got this
new computer with Vista and I cannot get this to go away and spell check.

Part of the problem could be that when I sent my first email I entered my
email address at the end and clicked on the hyperlink dial and
woops---problems ensued.
