Vista - More Info AppBar Bullet Please

Apologies again if this is not a Vista issue but I don't know where else to
turn. I have got a vague idea what Appbar Bullet is about, BUT I don't know
how it got on my Pc and more importantly how I get the sodding thing off. So
far nobody else seems to know either. Been down lots of roads yet all
suggestions so far cannot pin point it. It must live somewhere in my system.
Any more or new suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for that Mary. Something else for me to look in to. Any more info is
gratefully received.
