Vista Sound Echo

I just got a new dell computer with windows vista, and everything has an
echo, videos and music, even the sounds within windows. Is this a common
problem? and how do i fix it?

RE: Vista Sound Echo

Check your sound card settings. It sounds like it may be set on Concert
Hall. What it is called depends on what sound card or chip you have on your
machine.
