| Guest | product key I keep getting a message asking me to type in the product key. I type in the product key and I get the following message. "The Windows Vista Home Premium product key you types is invalid for activation." What should I do now? And, I don't understand why I am getting this message now. Thanks for your help |

| Guest | Re: product key You can get started with phone activation by typing "slui.exe 4" in the search field in the Start Menu and pressing Enter. | Guest | Re: product key You may getting the message because your installation choice. If your Home Premium DVD is an Upgrade DVD, then the Install has to start from your Desktop, i.e., after you've booted into Windows. If, instead, you booted directly from an Upgrade DVD, to start the Install, Activation won't accept your key.
