| | AHCI.......confused. Hi to all NG, before reinstalled the operating system in the BIOS, I have changed the configuration from SATA as (IDE) to SATA as (AHCI), because my hard disk is SATA II. I need to ask you (please): to make the HD work in AHCI mode, do I have to install any other drive? if the answer is yes... which drive and how? in the BIOS, do I have to make other changes? I hope you can help me, because I could not find the correct answer. forgive my English and my "ignorance" thanks in advance Francesco Tt SOPRANO DX - ENERMAX LIBERTY 500W - P5B PLUS VISTA E. - C2D E6420 - SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.10 SATA 320 GB - SAPPHIRE X1650 PRO 256MB - CRUCIAL PC5300 DDR2 667 2X2GB (4GB) -DVD+RW PIONEER 112D - LCD ACER AL1923 -WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE OEM |
