| | Re: Vista drop-down (Navigational?) menu Hi, I'm not really sure what you're talking about, but if it's a toolbar you should be able to right click on it and use 'close toolbar'. It may be something that is specific to your system and manufacturer or one of the installed programs. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "T" <stenilin@tidewater.net> wrote in message news:f9n4qh073r@enews4.newsguy.com... > Hello, > > I am trying to figure out how to remove that drop-down menu on my Vista > Premium desktop. | | Re: Vista drop-down (Navigational?) menu Maybe if you gave us some details about what you are seeing. What is the name on the drop down menu? What menu options are on the drop down when you open it? Where exactly is this drop down on the Desktop? We cannot see your screen from here. ![]() -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "T" <stenilin@tidewater.net> wrote in message news:f9niq10klt@enews4.newsguy.com... > > "Rick Rogers" <rick@mvps.org> wrote in message > news:uqIcXDP3HHA.5880@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... >> Hi, >> >> I'm not really sure what you're talking about, but if it's a toolbar you >> should be able to right click on it and use 'close toolbar'. Apparently I can uninstall it but hesitate in case I ever need it. Also it is a Toshiba thing, I would guess other companies have it too. Thanks all, for reading and responding. T |
