Try this

Run >> regsvr32 mmcndmgr.dll
----------------------------------------------------------------
Opening "Event Viewer" Through 'Microsoft Management Console'

Run >> mmc.exe >> File >> Add/Remove Snap-in >> Under Available Snap-ins >>
Event Viewer >> Use "Add >" To add it under "Selected Snap-ins >> At the
Prompt Select "Local Computer" >> OK >> Click on "Event Viewer" in the middle
to Start it.
