Vista Tutorial - Going crazy...need to change color!

I just got Windows Vista and my Taskbar and start menu are black...I can't
get them to change color. I'm sure it's simple, but no menu I have found will
change it.

Hi Sarah, I'm not sure this will help but I went to Control Panel,
Personalization, Window Color and Appearance... and then I selected the
"color mixer" and slid the bar around until I got green. Now my windows,
start menu and task bar are green. Hope that helps...

Right click any place on the desktop (where there are no icons) and click on
Personalize. The personalization window pops up and the choices are
self-explanatory.
