Error Report Fails in Ultimate 32

Hi,
On multiple occasions I have attempted to follow up occasional software
problems using the System Information application in System Tools. Inside
that is a Software Environment Tab and one item listed is Windows Error
Reporting. Each time I use this the System Information application goes
non-responding. Under Reliability Monitor that is always reported as
msinfo32.exe having gone non-responding.
In Computer Management here is the text of the error report:

I'm not sure if it is related but I also regularly get the following error
for the Windows Feedback Platform

The target file for the Windows Feedback Platform (a DLL file containing the
