drifference versions

Why do some programs that are installed on difference versions of window
Vista, have or have no problems with that program working right or crashing.
I have windows Vista Home permium and others who have this version, have
installed a program called Turbocad Deluxe 14, a cad program. We have all
kinds of problems with it operation and crashing.
Other people wit difference versions of Vista or difference computer brands
say that thay have no problems with this program?
I puchased my Hp computer a few months ago, with Vista on it. Also my
printer, which is new, purchased with computer, sometime losses its drives
and I have to reinstall them.

The difference doesn't necessarily have anything to do with what
version of Vista it is. In fact, that's probably not the issue at all.

Things like this can accounted for by lots of different reasons. In no
particular order, here are some things to consider:

Differences in hardware on the different machines.

Different drivers

Different options chosen in the Windows setup

Different options chosen in the application setup

Different features used in the application on the different machines

Flaky hardware on one machine that is stressed by the particular
application

There are probably other factors, but those are the ones that quickly
come to mind.
