| | Vista "Recent Items" not working I'm running Vista Ultimate and the "Recent Items" menu under "Start" is not working, nor has it ever worked. Both "store recently opened files" and "store recently opened programs" is checked under start menu properties, however the list remains empty. Any help would be appreciated. Chad Feltenberger |

I did hear that sometimes a 3rd party program that adds any thing to the right click context menu can sometimes cause problems with this. If you installed or changed any settings before this happened, you might try uninstalling or undo the settings changes to test. If this fails, you might do a System Restore to a rstore point that it did work. Here's how if you need it. System Restore - How to Hope this helps, Shawn |
