Easily do a full backup?

I like to do a full backup once a week and usually don't want to bother with
incremental backups. Yet when I click on Backup Files in the Backup and
Restore Center, it seems to only do a incremental backup no matter what your
'Settings' are. The only way I see to ever do a full backup is to go
through this whole rigamarole and check 'Create a new, full backup now in
addition to saving settings' and do that each time. What am I missing? I
don't see anyplace to select whether you want a full backup or an
incremental backup.
