transfferring email from outlook express to vista's windows mail

i have a customer with an (not much) older winxp pc with outlook express.

they have a new win-vista business pc, and they want me to transfer their OE
email to the ms-vista windows mail program

how can i do this?

OE to OE in winxp was easy, ....just copy the .dbx files from one local
settings folder to another

but the directory structure and file format in vista seem totally different

can anyone help?

thank you in advance...

Export the data on the old machine, move/copy the file to some portable
media (or email depending on how large it is) then import it into the
new system using Windows Mail import utility.

Or use the file and settings transfer wizard, But that can be a PITA.
