I had a Compaq computer with XP Media Center. Compaq's technical support
caused me to lose my files and OS. I have a copy of Vista Ultimate, but I
can't find my 32 bit disk, only the 64 bit. Can I contact Microsoft to get a
replacement?

Replacement media for a preinstalled machine like Compaq should come from
the manufacturer. You need to contact HP/Compaq support with this request:
