Vista - Why \User\Me\AppData\Local contains so much?

I just Installed Beta 2 Build 5384 and was looking for a log file when I
found out that:
This directory contains files adding 4GB of space. Why that much? What can I
delete from there?

Also I have not acces to "\User\Me\Application Data " and "Me" is the
administrator account.

Don't know what you can delete safely, but as a side note mine is only 768mb
worth of files.

Temp install files may still be in the local file-have you run disc clean and
defraged since installing?
