Manually/Scripted Backup/Sync of Bitlocker Recovery Key

Hi All,

I would like to manually kick off a backup or sync of the Bitlocker Recovery
Key to the Active Directory. Everything is in place in the A.D and it is
working in the scenario when Bitlocker is configure and already on the domain.
I am trying to setup up bitlocker prior to the Domain Join and then report
it up.
Enabling the Policies does not automatically do it, and having it enabled
and then joining does not auto backup as well.
Does anyone have the exact language. I have been all over the Manage-bde.

Thanks
