| | Vista crashing all the time I am getting some serious problems with Vista. I am using Vista HP but keep getting windows problem messages. Launcher.exe cannot load, windows has recovered from a serious error, windows has encountered a problem windows installer failed to launch etc etc. What is causing this and what can I do about it.........without having to reinstall Vista. |
