| | Getting extra disk space back I have just gone into my computer management and found I now have 10GB of unallocated space on Disk 0 and I cannot find a way of giving this back to the c: drive. At the moment Drive c: is a 160gb SATA drive and says a total disk size of 138GB total and this surely should be 148GB for a 160gb HD. Anyone know how to add it onto C:? I know its not much but every little helps. Thanks. Andy. |

Partition Magic is the best-known such program, but there are freeware/shareware alternatives. One such program is BootIt Next Generation. It's shareware, but comes with a free 30-day trial, so you should be able to do what you want within that 30 days. I haven't used it myself, because I've never needed such a program, but it comes highly recommended by several other MVPs here. -- Ken Blake - Microsoft MVP Windows: Shell/User Please reply to the newsgroup |
