I could try doing the wrong thing on there and make it worse for all I know. I have seen people help others on here so why do I get sent to the knowledge base instead of getting some help? He didn't know that you had searched the Knowledgebase... he didn't insult your intelligence in any way that I could discern. You seem a tad defensive to me... but that's just my read on it. I'm sure you could ask 10 regulars in here and get 10 different replies as to whether Mr. Barnes was insensitive to your needs. Personally, I do not. Anyway, back to your response... you didn't indicate that you'd searched the knowledgebase, just that you'd searched MS's website, so why be so offended when someone points you in that direction? Perhaps -you- assumed that the op -would- assume that you'd searched the KB. Too many assumptions for a smack down, methinks. And... with that all said, I applaud your understanding that you -could- be "doing the wrong thing on there and make it worse..." Bravo!
