Problem with Outlook after waking up from Sleep mode

When my computer wakes up from Sleep mode, I can't send or receive messages
in Outlook unless I reboot the computer. Closing and re-opening Outlook
doesn't help.

This was working fine until yesterday. I moved my .pst file to a Public
folder so I could share it with another computer (it wouldn't let me share it
from its original location -- that's a separate discussion topic...) I don't
know why that would cause this problem, though.

I installed the fix from this article, but it hasn't fixed the problem.

I also found another post somewhere that suggested turning off the firewall,
adding Outlook to the list of programs that can go through the firewall, then
turning the firewall back on, but that didn't solve the problem either.

Any ideas? I use Sleep mode a lot, but if it means I have to reboot each
time to be able to send and receive e-mails, I might as well Shut Down
instead of Sleep each time.

Thank you.
