Using WMC with an antenna and cable connection

I have a Pinnacle PCTV 800e USB tuner that I'd like to use with WMC. I have
both an antenna and cable feed (no set top box, it's straight from the wall)
connected to a switch which is then connected to the 800e. So I can get HD
stations from the antenna and SD feeds from cable by flipping the switch.

My question is, is there any way to manually set up the channels in WMC so
that I don't have to re-configure WMC every time I want to switch between an
HD station and a SD one?
