Recycle bin cannot be emptied

I am not able to empty my recycle bin completely. If I open it to view the
files, I am able to manually delete all but 1 file. The file that won't
delete is (was) a recorded tv capture and I've also tried restoring that
file but am not able to do that as well.
Clicking Properties tells me the file is 729MB and I'm not able to change
any attributes either.
Any ideas how this file can be completely removed and I can empty the
recycle bin?
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried restoring it then moving it to some easy place then
deleting it by command line or some such [other than through the recycle
bin]?

Already answered in an earlier thread. Please be patient instead of
making a new post about the same subject. People who help out in these
newsgroups live all over the world and may actually have Real Lives. If
you have forgotten where you posted or can't find your post, use Google
Groups Advanced Search and search for your name.
