| | RE: Eliminating the annoying "Startup programs blocked" popup mess You can also right click on the Icon on the Task bar which says that Start up Programs are blocked and click on Show Programs which are Disabled/ Enabled. It will give you an option of Run System Configuration Utility. Click on it and then you will get a Check Box, which will say " Do Not Show This message when the system restarts". Put a Check beside it and then restart the computer. You will not have this issue.
