Vista - Prblm with Connection Shortcut...

Guys, I've got a UTSTAR modem configured so that i have 2 dial to connect to
internet. I've placed a shortcut to dial on d desktop. But every time a boot
n try to dial by double-clicking d shortcut icon, it doesn't dial. It always
dial only if i double-click it for d second time! Even when i right click it,
it shows options DISCONNECT, STATUS n all, as if it is connected!!! But
after i try double-click it once n then right click it, it show d usual
CONNECT option.

This is weird ....!

Apparently not.

The correct way to inquire about such a problem is to re-post the original
question and indicate that this is your second attempt to get an answer. I
suspect that none of us can find the original after more than a few hours
given the amount of traffic in this newsgroup.
