Help: Windows Features is empty

Hi,

I tried to use the Turn Windows Features on and off, but it's empty. I tried
the solution given by Microsoft but it does not work. Anyone out there have
any solution?

Thanks.

it's empty because you used a registry cleaner that destroyed Windows. DON'T
USER REGISTRY CLEANERS!
