Plz help me out

I'm looking for a tool that will compile data in this network segment
of every static ip, mac address, and switch port.

Iwill appriciate if anybody can help me out

If there is such a tool it would have to come from your switch manufacturer.
No sniffer that I know of can query switches in this manner.

You might also consider asking this in a newsgroup where it's more on topic,
like maybe a general networking group.
