| | Vista and sharing removable hard drive on the network I have a laptop with limited storage on it, so I have an extra hard drive where I put all my music and files. I can share it fine on the network with Vista, but every time I unplug it and take my laptop to work and come back, the share has disappeared and I have to manually share again. Is there an option for Vista to remember I want to keep that hard drive shared? I know there's probably a batch command that can be used, but is there an easier way? If not, what would be the command for batch file? BTW, I am mostly putting my computer on sleep and rarely rebooting it. |
