| | PDF files blank when opened I have Windows Vista on a Dell Inspiron 1501 with the Adobe Reader 8 installed. I am having a problem opening some PDF files. They come up blank. Most of the PDF files I receive I am able to open. I installed Adobe Reader 8.1 with the same result. Why are these attachments blank (even if I save them & try to open) and what can I do to see the information sent? |

| | RE: PDF files blank when opened Download a freeware program "Foxit Reader" it is far less bulky, and will do all that "Adobe Reader" will, plus more & it intergrates well with all browser. If a user is in the habit of attaching PDF files in Quicken, you cannot use Quicken's encrypt function to encrypt those PDFs if you use Foxit.
