| | Laptop screen- can't stretch desktop?! I have a Sony Vaio laptop that I just installed Vista home premium on. For some reason I can't "stretch" my desktop to cover the entire screen? I have a space of about 1" on the right and left side, but the top/bottom are fine. I selected the correct setting for the background yet it still won't stretch and cover the screen.. any ideas or suggestions?? I assume it has something to do with the video card? TIA! |

I needed to install 2 other "odd" Vaio updates and was then able to install the one I need. So that worked and I am happy my desktop and screen is stretched and fits, lol Thanks for your help!
