| Guest | TV Stuck at 8 bit colour depth and low resolution Hi all, I've installed Vista Beta 2 (build 5384) and have an nvidia PCX 5750 graphics card connected to my TV (via the TV out) and an InFocus Projector via the DVI out. The projector display is okay but I cannot get the TV out of 8-bit depth so the picture quality is lousy and unreadable. I'm using the latest nvidia vista drivers (88.61) Any ideas? Daz |

| Guest | RE: TV Stuck at 8 bit colour depth and low resolution I had a lot of problems setting up my 1 monitor 1 tv with nVidia. What works for me is to have the monitor (TFT) on the DVI output with an adapter and the TV on the S-VHS output. When I had the monitor on the VGA output it seemed to confuse it with the S-VHS output. I have a nVidiia 6600 something and driver 66.81 Vista 5384. It works for me!
