Vista - Microsoft Sync Center doesn´t work

how to deactivate Microsoft Sync Center at start up ???

Please tell me how to dissable Microsoft Sync Center if the Sync Center
isn´t working any more !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sync Center fails during bootup and the windows problem- and
summaryassistent shows "Microsoft Sync Center doesn´t work any more....
