Vista Explorer File Information "Balloon"...

Hi all,

I noticed that in Vista's explorer when you sit with your mouse or
select with the cursor keys long enough a file (or the last one of a
file list...) a yellow "balloon", (displaying size, creation date...)
comes up...

Since I find it extremely annoying, is there a way to get rid of it?

Thank you in advance for any help you may provide...

Ciao, Lupo
