| Guest | Background Intelligence Transfer Service (BITS) I have recently bought a new computer running windows vista home premium. I have tried to aquire the licences for previously purchased music from www.hmvdigital.com and continously receive the error message "The Background Intelligence Transfer Service (BITS) couldn't be started - it may be disabled. Start in the Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services." When checking this location the service appears to be started per its default mode. Please help as I can't play my music, which was legally purchased! |
