Re Enable Realtek

I have just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista. The sound was fine when
using the laptop with games and music that is already on the laptop, but
playing a CD the sound was quiet. I disabled the realtek just to see what
would happen, but now I cannot find it!! I right clicked on Volume, went to
sounds. The speaker icon was there but no realtek Digital Output! Can anyone
tell me how to get it back!

Start > right click on COmputer > select Manage > when Computer Management
opens, click on "Devices" in the left-hand pane > look for the device in the
right hand pane and enable it.

Re: Re Enable Realtek

In the Playback window, right click and check both "Show Disabled Devices" and
"Show Disconnected Devices".
