Install Business Contact Manager 2003 on Vista problems

I already asked this at the BCM message board, but nobody had any useful
help. I thought I would try here.

I have a brand new dual core 64bit AMD HP laptop running Vista Home Premium.
Outlook 2003 installed fine, I downloaded all available updates, and set it
up without any trouble. I then installed BCM using the disk that came with
Office. I checked again for any updates. Then I tried to install BCM SP4, and
it stops right off saying there was a problem with the installation. I've
tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times trying different things, but
it never works.
I've also installed MS SQL Server 2005, and it is running, so I know that
works.

When I get to the SP4 install, it stops as soon as I hit the continue
button. Could there be some files stuck somewhere that is killing this?

All I know is I'm getting desperate to get my BCM working again on my new
Vista machine. I'm just running out of places to ask for help.

Any help? Thanks.
