Vista - Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working

Hi folks,

since a few days i allways get a error message that writes:

What can i do about it? I even dont know why its poping up! its coming
even i i have no program opened. Hope that anyone out there can help

pshimp.dll, as far as I'm aware, is a PokerOffice file. Looks like you
found a bug you'd want them to look at...
