Unwanted Mail...not removable

I got a mail message in Windows Mail which will neither open nor delete /
move to junk mail.
When I try to delete it I get the message ' an unknkwn error has occured '
I am using Vista Ultimate will all updates obtained and the NOD 32
antivirus.
Please someone advise as to what should be done about this unwanted mail
message as its getting on my nerves.
Thanks for any assistance provided.

That's What You Get When You Post Your Real E-mail Address In A Public
Newsgroup Like This One (The Spam Bots Get You Every Time), I Get A Whole
Lot Of Foreign Spam E-mails, Like The One's From Bank Of Africa, For
Example, Just FYI.

I too had this problem. There is a way (several, actually) to remove
this type of message. See
Windows Mail problems .

However, IMO, the best thing to do is to abandon Windows Mail completely
and go with Mozilla Thunderbird. I've switched, and have been very happy
with it.
Perhaps one day, when the bugs are fully worked out of Windows Mail,
I'll go back, but right now I see no reason to do so.
