| | WMDC has high CPU utilization when connected and doing nothing Since the last update of WMDC 6.1.6965 there is a huge nearly 100% CPU utilization when connecting then a constant 15 to 30 percent utilization while either my SmartPhone or PocketPC is connected. This didn't use to happen. I used to leave my phone connected and use my Vista computer's connection to connect to radio channels, TV channels and the such. Now, WMDC is bogged down with unknown activity. Is anyone else having these problems? It this normal? Is there a way to fix it? I am running Vista Home Premium, I have a Motorola Q running WM5 and a Dell x51v running WM5 (I never have the two connected at the same time). -- Jim Hansen |
