| Guest | system restore Hi, I have used system restore and because I removed programs before I did this the programs they still show as being installed. How do I remove them from my program uninstall? Thanks |

Undo the restore and uninstall the applications via Programs and Features in Control Panel. | Guest | Re: system restore Bert- I did the UNINSTALL from the add/remove section under the control panel..While it DID take it out of the Add/remove area , it is STILL on the desktop and still works when I click on it. This is from pogo.com and I cannot get rid of it...I was told to do a system restore by someone on this site but I do not want to screw up my computer anymore than it already is..I get a blinking screen that goes BLACK, then desktop, then Black again, then desk finaly loads. I have no idea how to fix this............ Any help will be greatly appreciated. and by the way, my clock is set correctly..If THAT means anything?
