| | After Vista reinstall and successful activation, Windows "thinks" Hi, I had to reinstall Windows Vista today. I thought activation of the software was going to be an issue as there is so much written on the internet about this, however activation went ok, but ... surprise surprise, after minutes of being using the system and a couple of drivers installed, Windows started to display a message suggesting the Windows copy I have is not legal and that I need to click on a link to validate. After going through the on-line validation process successfuly again, Windows still thinks the software is ilegal.... Please help. Thanks. |

| | Re: After Vista reinstall and successful activation, Windows "thinks" You can get started with phone activation by typing "slui.exe 4" (w/o the quotes) in the Start Search box in the Start Menu and pressing Enter. The phone activation process takes about 6 minutes. "Dasaecor" <Dasaecor@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:C59C6DD2-4D38-4BE5-B9D3-D2DC7A90A68B@xxxxxx Hi, I had to reinstall Windows Vista today. I have just finished the activation process successfully through the phone, but still have the same problem. Windows still thinks the copy is not original. Any more ideas please? Thanks.
